Two ways to order. A reserve order charges nothing and is an offer to purchase; a contract forms when we confirm your allocation by email. Stripe checkout charges immediately, and a contract forms when we confirm the order after payment — if we cannot fulfil it, we refund in full without deduction. Devices are allocated in order of request and we may decline any order before it is confirmed.
English catalogue prices are in pounds sterling. Spanish and French catalogue prices and their checkout are in euros. Your order records the selected currency and the amount shown before payment. Optional SIM plans are quoted separately. Secure checkout is handled by Stripe and dynamically displays eligible methods for the buyer and order. These can include card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Link, Klarna, Clearpay and local bank methods including Pay by Bank, Bacs Direct Debit, SEPA Direct Debit or iDEAL. For companies, Stripe may also show Billie Pay in 30 for eligible business buyers. Every method depends on the amount, currency, customer location, device and provider approval. Payment can instead be arranged at confirmation by crypto (BTC, XMR or ETH) or bank transfer against an invoice from Pharoah Technology Ltd. The optional six-month prepaid roaming eSIM for handsets and physical SIM for handsets or routers each cover 160+ countries and start at £250 for the basic data plan; higher-data plans cost more and the final price is confirmed before payment.
The prices shown on this site are our standard prices. Orders of five or more kits, bundles or routers receive a 10% fleet discount. A launch discount is available on request: ask us on Telegram at @ghostwireuk. Any discount we agree is confirmed in writing and shown on your invoice or payment page before you pay. Renewals, optional SIM plans and requested express delivery are separate. The amount shown in a hosted checkout is reserved for up to 31 minutes; an invoice states its own validity. The Pixel 10a is prepared to order: we confirm its dispatch date by email before it ships.
If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel without giving any reason:
To cancel, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk with your order reference and a clear statement that you cancel — the sentence “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of order [reference]” is enough. Returned devices are factory-reset on receipt; nothing on them is read or recovered.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
The kit includes six months of GhostWire service: relay service, security updates and the Shield suite. Any optional prepaid handset eSIM or physical SIM is a separate six-month plan and is not included in the kit or the £499 GhostWire recharge. Service is provided for lawful use; we may suspend service where the law requires it.
Worldwide tracked courier delivery. Dispatch within 48 hours of a confirmed order and payment, subject to agreed availability; courier transit time is separate and depends on the destination. Express service is available on request, with any supplement agreed before booking. PO boxes are accepted only where the chosen service supports them. In-person handover can be arranged.
Hardware is supplied provisioned and relocked. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. GrapheneOS is an independent open-source project; GhostWire is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may additionally rely on any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
