Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what an order needs: the name or alias, email, shipping country and any notes you choose to give us when ordering, plus a short-lived, hashed rate-limit counter derived from your connection. That is the complete list.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no trackers, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts on this site.
• No accounts, no marketing lists, no data sales or sharing beyond what delivery of your order strictly requires (for example a shipping carrier).
• The GhostWire device itself is never linked to your order details after handover.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept while needed to fulfil the order and meet accounting obligations, then deleted. Email us any time to ask what we hold on your reference or to have it deleted where the law allows.
